New starts after loss.

Two years ago I took pictures of Nicole's father Joe as he fought cancer. Last year he passed, survived by his husband and children, each who bring their own small urn with them, making sure he can still attend Pride. Joe strived for his children to be stable and to want for little, able to live securely. He was never able to do that in life, but when he passed, he secured her a home making good on that promise. On the same day as her closing, I took photos of her and her partner, Ryan, as they took their first walk through as owners, cheering as they showed off it's stunning features.
